Crossroads

What you see is what you get, though I didn't know the half of it yet
It was cold in the land of the rising sun, he was Kyushu born and quick to run
Tottemo toi, so far away from a segregated land, so far away become a celebrated man

So far away I have crossed an ocean just to have you next to me
Just to hear your breathing, taste your lips on mine

Nani o eruka wa nani o mitaka, though I didn't know the half of it yet
It was cold in the land of the rising sun
Kyushu umare no kare wa ashiga hyakatta
Tottemo toi koritsu shita shima kara
Seikoushya ni naru niwa, hodo toi

I have waited lifetimes
Kiss me once before I go
Meet me at the crossroads

Hajime mashite, nice to meet you, crossroads cross over lives of people
In the land of the rising sun, someday you and I will connect as one
Watch our journey begin, put a hand to your lips blow a kiss in the wind
Put a man in his place, when I run this place I was raised in
The scenery and culture are amazing
I can only hope that you've seen that I'm Kyushu born with a Tokyo dream
Never luke warm, fire burns through the seams and the family tree and the candle is me
Still segregated, underestimated, left home became celebrated
Words that I live through only help to express that I still miss you

Watashi wa umi o watatta, Tada anatano sabani iru tameni
Tada anatano koddo kiku tameni, anatano kuchibiru o ubai itaii
Sugouku nagai aida matta, watashi ga saru toki ni
Ichido kisu o shite
